正しさと欲望の間

ドラマ化もされていますので、ヒット作なのかもしれませんが、少し肩肘のはるタイトルと絵のタッチも少しダークな感じもあり、エンタメ界隈ではなかなか取り上げられない作品の一つです。

しかしいきなり高校生同士のHシーンから描かれるなど、肩にハマった押し付けがましいストーリーではありません。

コンプラ、セクハラ問題など、今まさに問われている倫理について、漫画で楽しみながら考えられるのは、貴重とさえ言えるかもしれません。

決して押し付けられない「正しさ」

この作品よさは主人公の先生が「正しい」を決して押し付けることはしない、ことだと思います。

ただ「ちゃんと向き合う」「ちゃんと考える」。

さまざまな問題を抱える生徒たちが出てきますが、安易な結論を出さずに、けど逃げることもない。その姿を追いかけたくなる。そんな作品です。

悩むことなら、たくさん悩んでもいい。でも逃げずに自分の答えを見つけようとし続ける。それでいいだな。そう思わされますね。

He just “faces the situation properly” and “thinks properly.
